Search for us at We Make Future (WMF), the International Trade Fair and Festival on Tech and Digital Innovation, taking place at the Rimini Expo Centre (Italy) form the 15th to the 17th of June 2023.

With more than 36.000 attendees, 8 pavilions, and 100 events over 3 days, including 77 educational stages, B2B meetings, live concerts, themed expo areas, 300 exhibitors, and 1000 startups, WMF is the largest Digital Innovation Festival and a reference point for the world of innovation. Every year WMF brings together corporates, startups, scaleups, investors, innovation professionals, open innovation managers, SMEs, and policymakers from over 50 countries.

The event is a unique enabling platform and a meeting point where all attendees can actively discuss, co-design, and contribute to shaping society’s collective future.

The Space Economy open stage will feature international speakers from the industrial, business, financial and institutional world who will discuss the challenges of space innovation, both downstream and upstream, and will present their success stories to understand and create synergies in the future of the New Space Economy. Among them, on the morning of the 17th of June, Stefano Bagli, CEO and Co-founder of SaferPlaces, will present our solution and some interesting and relevant case studies where SaferPlaces was used.

On the afternoon of the same day, we will also be pitching on the Startup stage, as one of the selected startups for the AI4EO Call, which aims to foster and implement applications of AI for Earth Observation. The best projects will have the opportunity to access the international networks of WMF and ESA, as well as ESA EO Commercialization days event, and business and technical coaching on EO from ESA. The finalists will be able to get in touch with companies, investors and industry players, including ASI, IFAB, Cineca, INFN, GARR, IIT, and Tecnopolo di Bologna, who are attentive and proactive towards the best solutions in the AI field.
